*Classroom Management and Leadership* is a practical course designed to help teachers build effective, positive, and well-organized learning environments. Participants will explore strategies to establish clear expectations, manage challenging behaviors, and foster student engagement. The course emphasizes the role of leadership in classroom dynamics, focusing on communication, decision-making, and relationship-building to inspire trust and respect. Through interactive discussions and hands-on activities, teachers will learn how to balance authority and empathy, create routines that maximize productivity, and handle diverse classroom situations with confidence. By the end of the course, participants will be equipped with tools and techniques to lead their classrooms effectively, promoting both academic success and personal growth among their students.

Additional resources include recommended articles, research studies, and classroom-ready tools to support the application of strategies in real-world teaching.
