Description
Fostering Teachers’ Resilience and Well-Being is a supportive and practical course designed to help educators manage stress, enhance emotional resilience, and prioritize self-care. Teaching can be demanding, and this course equips participants with strategies to maintain balance, improve mental health, and sustain long-term well-being. Through interactive sessions, reflective exercises, and mindfulness techniques, participants will explore ways to handle challenges, build positive habits, and foster a supportive work environment. The course also emphasizes the importance of emotional intelligence and peer support in maintaining resilience. By the end of the course, teachers will be empowered to care for themselves, model well-being for their students, and create healthier, more productive learning environments.

Methodology and assessment
The course uses interactive and reflective teaching methods, including workshops, group discussions, mindfulness exercises, and self-assessment activities. Participants will engage in case studies, role-playing, and guided reflections to explore practical strategies for resilience and well-being.
Assessment will be formative, focusing on active participation, contributions to group discussions, and completion of reflective journals or self-care plans. Participants will also develop a personalized resilience-building action plan, which will be shared and reviewed during the course. Peer feedback and facilitator input will support learning, ensuring practical application in real-world teaching contexts.
Materials, digital tools & other learning resources
Participants will receive handouts, self-care planning templates, and mindfulness practice guides. Digital tools like Google Workspace, meditation apps (e.g., Calm or Headspace), and interactive platforms (e.g., Padlet, Mentimeter) will enhance engagement. Additional resources include recommended articles, videos, and activities to support ongoing resilience and well-being practices.

The course fee includes only course materials and tuition. If you want to take part in touristical trips, you should pay for the museum entrance tickets. You may arrange your accommodation or we can help you if you want
